Mark your calendars! Take Back the Night is taking place September 18th!

This year we are partnering with The Journey Project to bring a full evening of events to you.

Photovoice is a creative way for survivors of sexual violence and intimate partner violence to share their experiences and perspectives through photography.

Through JUSTICE REFRAMED: a photo journey, survivors across Newfoundland and Labrador were invited to express their stories, build community, and create a visual journey that is now being shared as a travelling photography exhibit throughout the province. Justice Reframed will be in Corner Brook at the Rotary Arts Centre from September 18-27.

Following the launch we will host our Rally and March to bring awareness to and seek an end to sexual violence. This year's Sexual Violence Awareness Week
theme, Rooted in Belonging, recognizes that preventing sexual violence and supporting healing begins with building communities where everyone feels they truly belong.
When people experience genuine belonging, they are more likely to look out for one another, respect boundaries, speak up when something isn't right, and seek support when they need it. Including those who have caused harm and are ready to take responsibility. Belonging creates the conditions for accountability, healing, and safer communities.
